Policy Notification

We appreciate that you’ve chosen us for your skin and waxing needs. To provide the best service possible to our clients we have implemented the following policies.


Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24-hour notice we are unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your esthetician and means our other clients miss the chance to receive their services. For this reason, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) missed. In addition, any future appointments will require a 50% deposit that goes towards your booked service(s). We also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be provided to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation does occur.


We understand that emergencies can arise, and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, or a known/diagnosed infection within 24-hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you let us know immediately by text. Late cancellation due to emergency, or illness, will generally not result in any charges, however, this is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please note that female menstruation is not considered an emergency or illness. 


Late Arrival Policy

We request that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to find parking (street parking is free), fill out any required paperwork, as well as answer any intake questions your therapist may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you send a text to inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so your appointment time cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time will result in shortened service or cancellation of your service with full-service fees to be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. There is a grace period of 10 minutes before being considered a late arrival. Failure to pay for a canceled or missed appointment will incur a late fee of $25 per day and may also result in a small claims case or civil suit. 

Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Skin Reverence provides professional skin and waxing treatments and is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to any service whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your esthetician with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.


Children & Visitors Accompanying the Client

Due to our limited seating and to maintain the spa’s ambiance, the facilities are reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.  


Photo/Video Disclaimer

Skin Reverence or Natalie Bafiera, licensed esthetician, may take photos and videos of treatments or treatment areas. These may be used for the purpose of monitoring progress, education, social media, or advertising. Your signature serves as consent for photos or videos to be used as stated.   



The preferred payment method is cash, but Zelle is also accepted. Please be prepared at checkout!
