Cancellation Policy
When scheduling this service, a deposit is required to hold your appointment. This deposit will be credited to the cost of your service. Clients have UP TO 48 hours before their appointment to cancel for a full refund or reschedule the appointment. All cancellations made WITHIN 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or no-shows will automatically forfeit any deposit made and incur a $180 charge for the customized service booked (forfeited deposit amount will be credited to this charge). Failure to pay for a canceled or missed appointment will incur a late fee of $25 per day and may also result in a small claims case or civil suit. We understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise. If you have a fever, or a known/diagnosed infection within 48-hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you let us know immediately by text: 626-698-8687. Late cancellation due to emergency, or illness, will generally not result in any charges, however, this is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please note that female menstruation is not considered an emergency or illness. LATE ARRIVAL: Please arrive with ample time to find parking (street parking and parking spots behind the spa studio are both free). Arriving after your appointment time will result in shortened service or cancellation of your service with full-service fees due — even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. There is a grace period of 10 minutes before being considered a late arrival.
