Service Description

Involves long, kneading strokes combined with rhythmic tapping strokes and movement of the joints. The technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension. Swedish massage also helps circulate blood flow, relieve mental stress, and reduce muscle pain. Swedish massage may loosen up tight muscles caused by daily activities such as sitting at the computer or exercising. It can be very helpful for people who hold a lot of tension in their: -lower back - shoulders - neck

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you provide us with AT LEAST 48 hours’ notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. There will be a charge of 100% of the service(s) missed and will be charged at the time of cancellation or rescheduling. We will attempt to contact you for payment, however if you cannot be reached your credit card on file will be charged for the service(s) missed.
