Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT: All balances due for booked services will be charged at the time of service. Each day it’s late will accrue a $25 fee per day. There is a $75 fee for bounced checks. The credit card information you provide is securely kept on file and not charged until a charge comes up (i.e., services are rendered, or no-show). No refunds or returns on any products or services. CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW: We respectfully ask that you provide at least 48-hours’ notice for any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that we cannot fill that appointment time when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 48-hour notice. This is an inconvenience to your aesthetician and means our other clients miss the chance to receive their services. For this reason, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) missed. If a service is customized with varied pricing, the corresponding charge is $180. In addition, any future appointments will require pre-payment. We also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be provided to book future appointments. We understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise. If you have a fever, or a known/diagnosed infection within 48-hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you let us know immediately by text: 626-698-8687. Late cancellation due to emergency, or illness, will generally not result in any charges, however, this is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please note that female menstruation is not considered an emergency or illness. Failure to pay for a canceled or missed appointment will incur a late fee of $25 per day and may also result in a small claims case or civil suit. LATE ARRIVAL: We request that you arrive with ample time to find parking (street parking and parking spots behind the spa studio are both free). Arriving after your appointment time will result in shortened service or cancellation of your service with full-service fees due even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. There is a grace period of 10 minutes before being considered a late arrival.
